In teams of two 2 rounds each:
One athlete performs 25 reps of the following movements:
During this time the partner can accumulate as many Backsquat reps as possible. Choose your own weight. Score is weight*reps.
Both athletes rest 30 seconds after each exercise is completed. Switch positions after a full round is completed.
Example: Athlete A starts the round. He/she takes 40 seconds to finish 25 Pull-Ups. During this time his/her partner manages to get 10 reps of Back Squats with 40kg. They each rest for 30 seconds. Then athlete A does 25 Burpees while his/her partner does another 8 reps of Back Squats. Once athlete A is done with the Row, the round is over. Both athletes rest for 30 seconds, then the game begins again. This time the partner goes through the list of exercises while athlete A is doing the Back Squats with his/her chosen weight.
