Light jog through the Stadtpark.
In teams of two, 6 rounds for max reps:
Until the 5 minute mark:
400m run (together)
Max effort pull-ups (athlete 1)
Max effort ring-dips (athlete 2)
2 minutes rest
Switch exercises each round, i.e. in the second round after the run athlete 2 does pull-ups while athlete 1 does ring-dips, third round same as round 1 and so on. Add all reps together for final score. 7 minutes/round total.
