In teams of 2, 12 min EMOM:
One athlete performs 5 burpees and 5 kettlebell swings, the other rows for calories. Switch every round. Score is total calories rowed.
5 min rest.
5 min AMRAP:
1 power clean
2 front rack lunges
Alternate each round between partners.
This is de-load week so take it easy on the heavy weights!
