Turkish get ups
Turkish get ups 6-4-2 (total, i.e. 3-2-1 each hand)
In teams of two, race against each other:
20 knees to elbows
30 mountain climbers
50 double unders
One athlete gets a 30-60 second head-start, the other athlete tries to catch him/her, in which case the round is over. Switch positions and team partners every round.
In between rounds perform 10 back extensions!
