Muscle up progression
In teams of two, five rounds each:

One athlete works at a time. Athletes switch after every round. Each round has a 3 minute time-cap, so you have a 3 minute time-frame to go all out and then recover while your partner does his round. If you finish before 3 minutes are up your partner starts right away. So watch the timer. Every rep counts. Record total time and reps.
