Try to increase weight on every set (from first to sixth).
In teams of two, 6 rounds for time:
25 burpees over the box
50 double unders
One bar per team. This is a relay. Athlete A starts with the squats, athlete A does the burpees, athlete A does the double unders and so on. Try to go unbroken on each set.
If you can't do double unders do 5 each round and spend 10 minutes practicing double unders after the WOD.
